Swikaar is an independent guidance platform
We are not UIDAI, not the Income Tax Department, and not affiliated with or endorsed by any Indian government agency. Swikaar helps you understand government processes across PAN, Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Birth Certificate, Marriage Registration, and School Admission — the actual application, update, or submission always happens on the relevant official portal, which we link you to directly.
What Swikaar does
Swikaar asks a short set of questions about your situation and gives you a plain-English explanation of what to do, what you'll need, and where to go — based on rules our team has authored and checked against official sources.
What Swikaar doesn't do
- We don't submit applications on your behalf, automate any part of a government portal, or bypass any verification step.
- We don't verify your identity, authenticate your Aadhaar, or issue any PAN or Aadhaar document.
- We don't store your Aadhaar number, PAN number, or identity documents.
Accuracy & change
Government procedures, documents, and fees change, sometimes without much notice. We label content we haven't finished double-checking, and we date every piece of information we show you. When we're not confident about something, we say so and point you to the official source instead of guessing. Always treat the linked official destination as the final authority — not this site.
Swikaar is free
Every workflow on Swikaar — steps, fees, official links, and sources — is free to use. We don't take payment information and there's no subscription. Some upcoming features (like Approval Probability™) are in development; where that's the case, we say so and offer to notify you by email when they launch, instead of charging for something incomplete.
No warranty
Swikaar is provided as informational guidance, without a warranty that any application prepared with our help will be accepted. Outcomes depend on the official department's own review of your specific case.
